This very often translates to the employee being trained on the employers time - which can have huge time/ cost effects. Large companies have realised this issue and so there is a huge market for our clients platform, which allows employees to train in the dead parts of their day with easy to consume, mobile content. Whilst they are a dominant leader in the space, this new sales team, along with the new strategy to take on large corporates in the FTSE 100, need a leader to help them take what's left of the market that they don't already sell to. JOB TITLE: VP Sales LOCATION: Surrey office, with some home based and field working. PACKAGE: GBP90k base, 180K OTE, car allowance, BUPA healthcare, dental, mobile COMPANY INFORMATION $600million turnover Strong Worldwide workforce #1 in field Unique content and technology provider KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 1st line sales leadership experience - new business Previous success selling to FTSE 250 Clear track record of executing plans and strategy to win new business and grow a sales team They are looking for people with a collaborative approach - not 'cut-throat' sales managers Any experience of Learning and Development, HR management, or LMS will of course be of interest *but is far from essential* ROLE INFORMATION Large corporates have consistently failed to deliver ROI from learning programmes - This business takes a different approach Motivating, mentoring and managing a team of new business individuals.
