Graduate Development Programme- Technology (2 Year Fixed Term Contract)

GBP25,000 per annum, rising to GBP26,250 following the successful completion of Year 1

What is the Sanctuary Group Graduate Development Programme within our Technology Business?

This programme is based in our Worcester offices. You will complete up to four six month rotational placements across our Technology business which could include working in; IT operations, learning about our systems and how we develop and support them; Enterprise Architecture, where we review IT strategy development, design of systems and match technology to business requirements; our Project Management team, where you will manage and embed specific Technology projects; and other opportunities with our infrastructure, hardware and support teams.

Following successful completion of the programme you would either specialise in one particular area of the Technology business or move into a general IT management role.

So what are we looking for?

We welcome applications from graduates with an interest in technology from any degree discipline. You will be in your final year of study, or have finished your studies within the last three years, and you will need a 2:1 degree as a minimum.

Your personal skills will be just as important as your qualifications. Determined and focused, you will be a natural at building relationships across the business and inspiring others about technology. You'll also need to be adaptable, show initiative, have strong problem solving skills and have confidence in your own ability. What is the application process?

Early applications are welcome; however, our shortlisting will be completed shortly after the closing date below. A robust selection process follows for those that submit a successful application form, starting with an initial interview at the end of January 2019 and for successful candidates an assessment centre at our Worcester offices which will be held in early March 2019. Successful candidates will start on the programme in September 2019.
