Excellent opportunity to work for an ambitious and fast growing boutique digital agency based in Shoreditch.


Our clients are from a range of sectors including, Fashion, Drinks, Experiential/Events and FinTech. Working across household name brands, heritage brands and start-ups we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and drive our client's PPC, social and programmatic campaigns forward.

This role is perfect for someone who feels confined by structure and process in their current role and wants more freedom with devising and executing innovative new ideas across a range of channels as part of an ambitious and dynamic team.

About you:

+ 1.5+ years' experience managing PPC accounts
+ Experience in paid social and programmatic a bonus
+ Comfortable with creating, managing and optimising paid search campaigns according to the best practice on AdWords, Bing, and Marin
+ Genuine passion for the industry and where it is heading
+ Excellent organisation and problem solving skills
+ First-class analytical skills
+ Accuracy and extremely high attention to detail

PPC Manager Essential Skills:

+ Proven experience in PPC campaign management and optimisations
+ Excellent client-facing skills
+ ROI focused and results driven
+ Passion for analysing, reporting on, and acting on data
+ Confident in managing campaigns activity (such as setup, ad copy creation/recommendations, ongoing optimisations, budgets management, reporting, tracking, etc.)
+ Knowledge of specific digital marketing tactics such as display networks, demographic targeting, remarketing, mobiles / tablets, google shopping campaigns, etc.
+ Ability to analyse and structure big data sets, excellent numerical skills, confident MS Excel user (pivot tables, charts, etc.)
+ Good knowledge of online analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics) and understanding of onsite performance metrics
+ Understanding of tracking methodologies and techniques (e.g. GTM)
+ Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to efficiency manage workload and priorities
+ Being proactive in investigating client and supply side campaign issues and sourcing the best-practise resolutions
+ Ability to work with a variety of digital professionals in order to effectively implement and track campaigns
+ Educated to a degree level
+ Google AdWords and Analytics certified
+ Good understanding of CRO theory

+ Setting up and managing paid campaigns for success, providing insight reporting and analysis
+ Developing on-going strategies and proactive optimisations
+ Demonstrating communication capabilities by seeking and providing clarity, managing expectations and priorities, delivering a consistent strategic message, stakeholder collaboration and working cross-culturally on a regular basis
+ Ensuring efficient and accurate execution, maximum value, and ROI for our clients
+ Testing new strategies, optimisation methodologies and opportunities to innovate and grow connected ecosystems for our clients

You may have worked in the following capacities:
PPC Account Manager, Senior PPC Executive, Google Adwords Manager, Biddable Manager, Paid Search Account Manager.
