Candidate Resourcer
Dunbar Education, an Education recruitment agency, are looking to appoint a candidate resourcer to join us in our Milton Keynes office. As a relatively new company we are a fast growing business with a forward thinking and modern ethos.
What we do
At Dunbar we recruit for Primary and Secondary teachers from the UK and Overseas for long term and permanent positions within schools in the South of England.
The Role
As a candidate resourcer you will be involved with the sourcing candidates and helping to manage them through the job application process. You will play a huge part in the entire recruitment process and will be rewarded with a competitive commission structure from day one. Summary of roles below.
* Registering and interviewing candidates
* Resourcing for candidates for live jobs
* Writing job ads
* Marketing emails
* Posting on Social Media
* Candidate management
The Person
To be considered for this post you will be an outgoing and personable character with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed. You will be confident speaking with candidates on the phone as well as have basic computer skills.
