Workshop Supervisor

Are you a service engineer looking for a new challenge in the rotating equipment industry?
The Role:
To co-ordinate and lead a team of workshop Service Engineers in both pump and turbo equipment, working in a safe and efficient manner along with maintaining workshop financial controls and relevant KPI's.
The main duties include:
* Responsibility for the health, safety and environment of all employees both direct reports and internal/external contractors.
* Staff leadership and task management.
* Planning workload of service engineers.
* Liaising with internal stake holders to ensure delivery milestones are met.
About you:
* Relevant apprenticeship
* Effective communication skills
* Ability to act independently and make decisions
* Knowledge of repairs workshop processes and procedures
* Electro mechanical and Rotating equipment would be an advantage but not essential
