An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Housing Compliance Officer within a public sector organisation based in East London.
The successful candidate would hold their Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) qualification and would have previous experience around compliance within HMO properties and social housing.
Key duties would include:
* Ensuring all HMO properties are fully compliant
* Working closely with Maintenance and Contractors
* Property inspections
