NSL Checking offers a fully managed right to work and background vetting service including identity document authentication plus employment background, criminal and associated HR checks.

We are looking to recruit a self-motivated, ambitious and results driven person, who can help us significantly grow our business, being the first point of contact with prospective clients, and generate profitable revenue to achieve sales targets.

Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, along with a strong commercial awareness. A full driving licence is required as national travel is part of the role.

You'll also have proven new business sales success within the vetting /HR screening industry.

What you'll be doing???

* Executing the sales plan covering the full range of NSL Checking services and generating profitable revenue from new clients

* Generating leads, creating a sales opportunity pipeline

* Preparing and delivering presentations, proposals and bid documents to prospective clients

* Preparing customer contracts

* Attending prospective client visits on a regular basis for the purpose of developing new relationships and expanding our client base,

* Securing new profitable revenue that meets and exceeds personal annual sales targets

* Maintaining a level of knowledge of the political, legislative and technological trends in the industry that conveys your credibility to clients

What you'll need???

* Strong sales/business development experience within vetting /HR screening industry

* Proven experience of strategic selling and the selling process, including Account/Win/Bid-planning

* Ability to listen, understand and generate a solution to meet clients' needs

* To be commercially aware with total commitment to customer service and development

* Good communication, organisational and analytical skills

* Flexible approach to working hours and location
