My client are a leading global communications group and are now looking to expand their advertising sales team!

Working across digital, multimedia and print platforms, my client delivers daily news content, authoritative comment and analysis, case studies and high-profile interviews with the leading players. They connect early adopters, technologists and buyers across the market with the latest innovations in technology, materials and manufacturing processes.

As an Advertising Sales Executive, you will be responsible for growing and developing your own customer base. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be expected to qualify and secure contact with potential clients, pitching them for various services (advertisements, videos, sponsorship opportunities etc.) and closing sales. This is an ideal role for a competent sales person, wishing to progress their career.

Your Duties
•Working on a cloud based CRM, qualifying prospects.
•Completing detailed contact information including key media buyer details using telephone or online methods.
•Use telephone or online methods to establish interest in product and to send initial information and start the sales process.
•Pitching clients for a wide variety of services.
•Closing sales.

You will ideally have sales gained in advertising sales, where you know how to develop new business, and that you have experience selling different print & digital ads based on the strength of the product.
Ideally this experience will be in a B2B publication, though the sector is largely unimportant.
