There is an opportunity in the near future to join the existing HR team so will suit a candidate who is passively looking for a new role. Reporting into the HR Director, the role offers career development and further experience. There is potential for study support if required.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Being the first point of contact to resolve any employment issues
- Assisting with ER issues
- Assisting and supporting with the Recruitment process
- Working proactively on Projects
The ideal candidate will be/demonstrate:
- Operating as an HR professional at CIPD level 3/5 (or equivalent)
- Experience of the employment cycle; ER and Recruitment
- Enjoy working proactively on process improvement projects
