Are you an innovative, strong, education professional, who is solution focused and passionate about making a difference in everything you do? Do you have an excellent track record of managing challenging behaviour and supporting social and emotional learning? As a BOSS Outreach Support Worker you will act as a contact point for schools providing advice and guidance about the social and emotional needs of students and pupils. You will work as part of a team to ensure BOSS provides a responsive, consistent service across Lincolnshire. You will need excellent assessment, recording and report writing skills. You will need excellent time management and communication skills.

Hours: 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year.
