Hourly Paid Learning Coach in Procurement - Together Training

We are looking to appoint an Hourly Paid Procurement Assessor who will assess Apprentices on Level 4 Procurement Apprenticeships. If you are have a Procurement related degree with industry experience this is the role for you.

We have an exciting opportunity for Procurement Trainers/Assessors to join Together Training, to play a part in the design of the new Apprenticeship Standard in Public Sector Procurement. You should have relevant experience and competence within the industry as well as a degree in Procurement. Previous experience delivering Procurement workshops and assessing learners on Apprenticeship programmes would be advantageous.

The successful candidate will be expected to promote Apprenticeships and maintain links with the business community, potential Apprentices and other stakeholders.

The position requires a proactive approach and someone with a positive disposition to ensure the best possible experience for the Apprentices and the employers we work with. To be successful you will need to demonstrate that you can both plan and deliver in assigned time-scales completing all necessary paperwork efficiently and accurately.

The wider role could also involve providing initial advice and guidance, undertaking initial assessments of apprentices, completing sign up paperwork, conducting customer satisfaction surveys, organising and managing events and any other duties required by the department. You'll be required to be incredibly organised to guarantee success in this role.

We have high expectations for our Apprentices and so it is important that they are adequately supported to achieve high success rates on all programmes.

This role will be on a fixed term basis for one year initially, when it will be reviewed in line with enrolments.
