General Manager - Scunthorpe - Up to GBP28k + Bonus & Benefits
We're looking for a talented General Manager who has the desire and passion to take on a busy restaurant in Scunthorpe working with one of the world's biggest names in Fast Food Service.
Joining our team will offer a new challenge every day and so staying on your toes and having the ability to spin a lot of plates is a real must.
You'll need to be energetic, hands on, an inspirational individual with a flexible approach. This will be a very challenging and equally rewarding role.
An enviable record of achievement in Sales and Profit will illustrate your in-depth knowledge of the fast food market and tenacity in ensuring that ambitious targets are met.
You will be able to demonstrate excellent people skills and evidence of coaching and development to drive the team of staff and managers under your direct report. A proven track record of delivering branded operational standards, excellent customer service and adherence to all current industry relevant legislation is required.
In return you'll be rewarded with a strong basic salary and great benefits, but also the opportunity to grow into more senior roles in the future.
