Creative Copywriter
We are currently looking for a talented and enthusiastic copywriter to join a growing in-house brand and marketing team.
The role is a great opportunity for an individual with strong analytical skills and a passion and natural flair for the written word. It is a dynamic and flexible position that will reward an individual who is a self-starter with initiative and ambition.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver creative and compelling copy across all aspects of our communications, including: marketing email campaigns, website and social media
Create interesting content for business leaders and HR professionals (white papers, case studies and blogs) after analysing in-house datasets to identify key trends and themes
Work with the marketing senior team to create a content marketing and blogging calendar that fits in with industry events and trends
Consistently work within established brand guidelines and tone of voice
Proofread copy for a variety of teams and departments Key skills/experience
Essential
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the B2B sector
Experience of content marketing and writing engaging content
Strong analytical skills to pull out key themes/trends from large datasets Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team and across departments
A self-starter who is able to think creatively and drive forward ideas for insightful content Desirable Good understanding of key trends in the HR sector and employee engagement
An English or related degree
Experience of using CMS platforms, particularly WordPress
