GBP17,000 per annum
Purpose of the role
The role of Travel Expert involves speaking to Customers daily, sharing your great experiences with our customers and motivating and innovating customers to purchase our products. This role is responsible for maximising every opportunity and ensuring that the purchase exceeds customer expectations
The role involves ensuring that every call maximises income per booking, that the quality of the call exceeds customer expectations and that all Company procedures are adhered to.
The Travel Experts must have a previous track record in selling within a Call Centre environment and have a passion for delivering outstanding results.
Essential Experience
= Background in sales within a call centre environment
= Skills in negotiating
= Excellent communication skills
= Proven track record in meeting/exceeding targets
= Ability to recognise improvement areas and share these
= IT literate
Desirable Experience
= Previous experience in the travel industry
