A brand new role has arisen working for a well established, reputable law practice in Central London. This firm are currently seeking a Junior Legal Secretary to support an allocation of Solicitors covering Litigation, Employment and Charities law. This role is the perfect opportunity for a Legal Administrator or Junior Legal Secretary with at least 2 years experience, to take the next step in their career with a respectable law practice in Central London.
Junior Legal Secretary - Litigation, Employment & Charities
The successful Junior Legal Secretary will be working for an allocation of 4 Solicitors at Associate level, with the potential of a Partner being added in at a later stage, depending on the candidates capabilities. This role will be a mixture of secretarial, PA and basic administrative duties, offering a varied workload and the opportunity to gain experience across several interesting areas of law.

The Junior Legal Secretary will be expected to work 9:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. In order to be considered for this Junior Legal Secretary position, candidates must possess the following skills/attributes:
- At least 18 months experience gained as a Legal Administrator, Team Assistant or Junior Legal Secretary/PA within a recognised law firm.
- A recognised secretarial qualification achieved in the last 5 years, (ILEX, Pitmans, Quest, ILSPA etc)
- Practical working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
