EXPERIENCED OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED

Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Sage 50 Payroll, Sage Line 50 Accounts and Microsoft Office essential
- Ability to multi-task, work with minimum supervision & prioritise own workload an advantage
Key responsibilities:
- Accounts: Purchase, sales & nominal ledger, reconciling monthly accounts
- Payroll: Managing monthly payroll for approximately 10 employees
- General administration: telephone/reception duties, typing of reports/letters/invoices etc
- Maintaining filing/archiving system accurately
