Your new role
Your primary role is to provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of upstream and downstream OGC projects. Your main duties will include: arranging personnel travel, accommodation and visas; providing commercial support throughout project tenders and contract coordination; utilise and update reporting systems including BOSS, Purchase Orders, project trackers and Debtors Database; assist, compile and submit department financial figures to department Team Lead; resolving client enquiries in a timely and effective manner to ensure consistency of contractual obligations and finally, identify and implement improvements to current departmental operations to maximise resource availability.

* It is important to note, however, that this is not an exhaustive list and that you may be required to carry out other administrative tasks as and when required.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have 7+ years experience in a similar role within the Oil and Gas in an administrative role. You will also have experience in the delivery of a large service contracts. Furthermore, you will have knowledge of procurement, purchase order and invoicing systems and project planning/scheduling knowledge .

Excellent computer literacy and competency in the use of MS Office is essential. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to interpret and produce accurate financial information and prepare technical Bills of Quantities for project expenditures.

You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and rapport with both internal and external parties. You must also be able to respond quickly to competing priorities and be able to work under minimum supervision.
