We Love 9am is looking for a talented, enthusiastic and ambitious Business Developer. We're an award winning Employer Branding agency with a creative studio based right in the centre of the Cotswolds. If you think of a retailer like Cath Kidston, or a health care provider like Bupa, or even an F1 team like Renault Motor Sports, the chances are it's been 'We Love 9am' working behind the scenes. In a nutshell, we come up with new and exciting ways to attract top talent to their businesses. It's as simple or complex as that! We support businesses throughout the UK in building their employer brand.
What you'll be doing:
You'll work alongside our Candidate Attraction Team providing the best channels to market in attracting candidates across a range of exciting projects, finding and nurturing new opportunities for business growth. You'll take a leading role in driving our success forward by:
* Establishing a network of clients across the UK
* Managing existing client's needs, prospecting new clients, delivering individual proposals
* Pitching and closing deals with the sales management team
* Working collaboratively, sharing knowledge and expertise with the whole team
What we're looking for:
You'll be an imaginative individual who's full of flair, looking to step-up to new challenges and showcase your skills. You'll need to be confident enough to use your initiative and imagination to find new business opportunities.
