Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager for a permanent position, located in Aberdeen.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Promote and secure a stronger presence of the Company in the Offshore / Onshore markets
* Evaluate market conditions and competition to develop new business models and plans
* Develop sales strategies for existing or new services to drive and optimise revenues
* Asses marketing opportunities and investigate new markets
* Monitor sales activities and implement initiatives in new areas through Agents / Partners
* Design and achieve sales targets as outlined in the annual sales / marketing plan
* Prepare and review Tenders and Enquires responses
* Keep progress of proposals under constant review and follow-up actions
* Improve and maintain the customer relation management
* Monitor sales performance ensuring achievement of targets
* Develop marketing tools and develop marketing events
* Update and monitor customer and competitors positioning
* Develop a coherent customer relation management to support sales
* Assist potential customers for new contracts
* Monitor and review bidding process.
* Review contracts and promote medium / long term frame agreements
* Analyse and monitor key account management and sales performance
* Assist the Finance department in invoicing and cost control.
* Assist for commercial issues
* Sales budget / forecast responsible
* Supervision of proposal coordination
