The company is now seeking an exceptional VP-Human Resources to assist the existing SMT develop global HR programs and policies. Reporting to the CEO , responsibilities will include; to GBP + Excellent Benefits * Leading and motivating the Global HR group, helping them achieve improved efficiency and consistency across all HR procedures and policies. * Providing guidance for the creation and implementation of relevant and impactful management development and succession plans to meet future needs * Overseeing all effective use and implementation of global best practice and legislation throughout the company * Collaboration and support to the SMT with strategic ideas to help achieve business objectives * Additional responsibilities include being secretary of the Compensation Committee This is a role that would suit an experienced and ambitious HR professional who has experience in managing a professional HR function and service ideally within an International, multi-site manufacturing or B2B environments. UK legislative experience is essential, ideally alongside other countries. You must be a "hands on" HR professional and an accomplished relationship builder who works closely with key stakeholders in. You will be a genuine "multi tasker" who understands the commercial "levers" of a global manufacturing business and the role that a proactive HR department can have in helping overall revenue generation and cost management. You will also be a motivational leader and coach, who enjoys leading from the front and always be willing to involve themselves in all aspects of working in a fast moving global environment.
