A new role has just become available with this niche and expanding food business. The company are well-established and produce high quality products which are supplied into a variety of retailers.
The job
As Production Supervisor you will work to improve the effective, efficient and safe utilisation of labour, machinery and materials to agreed company targets and standards.
You will supervise the production activities, controlling of production staff on a daily basis, producing daily stock reports, ensure production targets are fulfilled, ensure all production paperwork is completed and oversee the health & safety for your area.
Your experience
We are seeking a committed and positive individual with at least 2 years production supervisory experience, most preferably within food manufacturing. You will be an inspirational leader, have a passion for continuous improvement and be an excellent communicator. Qualifications in HACCP or Food Safety would be desirable.

The Production Shift Supervisor job is based in the South East region and is paying GBP11 - GBP12 per hour according to individual skills and previous experience. The shifts will be a rotation of 6am - 3pm and 3pm - 12am.
