We have a rare part time opportunity to join our Learning & Development team based on the prestigious Capability Green Business Park in Luton, as a Part Time Learning & Development Assistant.

Responsibilities:
*
* Managing L&D onboarding and induction process including calendar invites and communication of dates to all new starters
* Updating and reviewing onboarding packs L&D processes and documents
* Co-ordinate training calendar for all programmes including training room bookings across multiple sites and managing trainer schedules.
* Managing the communications to the business on workshop dates and date changes
* Handling L&D inbox and responding to queries and workshop change requests
* Owning and updating the central L&D Calendar
* Monthly reporting on training attendance/ non-attendance and taking action as appropriate
* Responsible for managing the LMS to ensure this is used effectively across the L&D Team
* Responsible for course feedback collation and quarterly evaluation of L&D programmes
* Support in preparation of up and coming courses - PP slides and workbook design
* Preparation and creation of training materials in advance of events
* Support to Head of L&D - diary and calendar management
* Support in booking travel and accommodation for Head of L&D and LDBP's
* Preparing agenda and material for monthly L&D Manager meetings
* Support on L&D UK Projects - specific role and responsibilities shared by Head of L&D
* Act as a central point of contact to the business for all L&D related queries
In order to assist the Head of Learning & Development you must be able to demonstrate:
* Admin experience is a must - you must have worked in an office environment and have undertaken administrative duties
* Strong communication, teamwork and organisation skills
* Diary management or schedule management experience
* Attention to detail/ accuracy skills
* Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Able to identify any issues and resolve them autonomously.
* Able to identify process improvements and must be solution orientated
