Member Support Adviser

About the Role

We are looking for Member Support Adviser's to support our ambitious growth plans in providing award-winning Health, Life and Income Protection Insurance.

As a Member Support Adviser, you will support the company in reaching its stated goals and strategy by providing first-class customer service during each telephone transaction.

Our Member Support Advisers are the ‘front door’ to the company and are the first point of contact for our members.  Our Member Support Advisers are expected to operate at a high level of daily productivity, have outstanding customer service skills and understanding of all our products, processes and values, and delivering an exceptional level of service.

 About You

• Experience of working in a customer service environment (desirable)
• Experience of working within Financial Services (desirable)
•  You must have the right to work in the UK without restrictions
