Reed Accountancy are currently recruiting for a Office Accounts Manager to be the sole point of contact in this small organisation in South Birmingham. The role will be reporting directly to the company directors and you will be responsible for the running of the office and admin solely including the general bookkeeping work. This role is part time working around 20 hours per week paying GBP14.50 per hour

You will be responsible for managing:

• Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Preparing Books for the Accountant
• Bank and Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Record Keeping
• Monthly Reports
• Payroll
• General Administration Tasks
• Responding to Emails and Answering the Telephone
General running of the office and day to day support to the Directors

You will need:
• Bookkeeping certification & experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word
• Strong Organisational and Time Management Skills
• Excellent Telephone Manner
• Accuracy
• Attention to Detail
• Ability to work under pressure

To be suitable for the role you will need to be highly organised, have a finance background and preferablly a bookkeeping or accounts qualification such as AAT
