Interim HR Advisor (3-6 months) - High Wycombe - Salary up to GBP35,000 - Ref: 18216
Interim HR Advisor
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic HR professional to join this organisation on an interim basis, providing immediately generalist support, both on an operational and project basis. You will be helping to maintain and support the HR function whilst enhancing all HR requirements.
Interim HR Advisor Responsibilities
As the HR Advisor, your duties will include:
Day-to-day operational delivery across the full range of HR duties
Managing the recruitment process
Coordinating and running inductions for new starters
Supporting appropriate stakeholders with implementing organisational change
Building on Learning and Development initiatives
Interim HR Advisor Experience
To be successful in this role, it is essential to have experience working at HR Manager/Advisor level. It will be beneficial to have a CIPD qualification. You need to have strong communication skills, both written and verbal and be able to manage multiple responsibilities whilst remaining calm under pressure.
Location
Our client is based High Wycombe although you will be required to travel to Aylesbury on occasion. There is parking available on-site.
