HR Advisor
This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join a leading Accident Repair Group.
Working in a small team reporting into the Head of People & Culture, you will provide an efficient dedicated first line support to the management population within the Group, You will be supporting on all HR policies and procedures, such as disciplinary, grievance, H&S, compliance, absence & performance management.
To succeed in this HR Advisor role you will need:
* Understanding of employment law and hands-on experience of employee relations.
* Proficient MS Office skills
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with outstanding organisation and time management skills
* Able to travel to and work at different sites within the Group, when required
* Keen to support others and be a cooperative team player
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Able to complete work to a high standard within a given timeframe
* Automotive experience would be an advantage but not essential.
