Technical Trainer (Part Time) - 6 Month FTC
This is a great opportunity for a pro-active and analytical thinker to join this excellent company on a Part-Time basis for a fixed-term period of 6 months.
Working closely with the HR Director and Marketing Director, you will write, improve and review e-learning training which is delivered to employees internally and also to external clients. The bulk of training will be on the organisation's products, and you will also write material for distributors. Therefore, you must have a technical mind-set and an extensive background in writing pieces of training!
Technical Trainer Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
Designing and implement training programmes
Review and improve current training evaluation processes
Develop further training modules and training framework
Technical Trainer Experience
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of managing an e-learning system, with the ability to write, improve and review training on the system. You will have a good understanding of the functionality and design of an L&D system. Previous e-learning experience is essential, along with experience managing a project, such as the implementation of a system.
