Market Operative - Immediate start - GBP7.83p/h
BULL RING ROAD DN31
* Hours are 31.5 per week -.
* Salary GBP7.83 per hour

Your responsibilities include:
* To assist in the efficient and effective day to day operation of the Markets Department
* Ensures the Market area is kept clean and tidy at all times (which includes toilets)
* To work face to face with service users and assist with any issues that may arise
* Report any faults, defects, near misses and incidents in the correct manner
* To deal with health and safety and risk management in the operation of the service including directing service users on the procedures in their licence
* Deal with contractors who visit the site to carry out maintenance and repairs
* The use of cleaning and waste equipment and ensure safe working practices
* Be able to deal with emergencies and other incidents. Assists in the formulation and implementation of solutions to practical problems.
* Assist stall holders in securing or opening of units.
* Assist with the security of vacant units.
* Assist with the erection/dismantling of mobile market stalls Assist with the operation of the external markets/events
Qualifications or Required Experience:
* Effective Communication skills
* Experience of face to face contact with customers delivering a service
