**Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
**Supporting a team of experienced consultants.
**Based in Loughton, Essex.
**Basic salary + Commission.
Active Recruitment LTD are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer for our office based in Loughton, Essex.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing potential candidates, completing the recruitment process from first contact to job acceptance. You will support the team in developing new and existing business relationships.
The key responsibilities of the Recruitment Resourcer are as follows:
* Source relevant candidates and complete the registration process,
* Carry out all essential safeguarding checks on candidates including DBS and references,
* Liaise with and identify opportunities to maximise placements,
* Develop candidate relationships,
* Uploading job vacancies and advertising roles through 3rd parties' websites and our own website.
To be considered for this Recruitment Resourcer role you must have strong administration and organisation skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload. An effective communicator in both written and spoken English with a natural interest/curiosity in people.
