Mears Housing Partnership are looking for a Contract Co-coordinator who will take responsibility for producing data and collating reports relating to the performance of the branch in Sutton. Working closely with the management team you will ensure the performance and compliancy for the branch is of a high standard. You will have the opportunity to support the team and identify any areas of systems improvement on reporting and monitoring efforts.

Keys Tasks include:

* To act as a leader and focal point in respective teams.

* To oversee the allocation of responsive repairs work to the team of Operatives and Sub Contractors.

* Organise and direct Operatives and Sub Contractors in conjunction with Planners to ensure continuity of work and improve productivity. Ensuring all aspects of health and safety are complied with and regular monthly meetings take place and recorded correctly.

* Act as liaison point on site for Branch Management.

* Ensure completed work is reviewed and processed on Mears Contract Management systems in a timely manner and accurately entered.

* Promote teamwork and co-operation between Client / Suppliers / Operatives and Subcontractors.

* Ensure rejected works orders are reviewed and resolved in a timely manner to ensure live and completed WIP is maintained at a low level.

* Attend client operational and resident panel meetings as and when required. Attend health and safety meetings and partake in ad hoc audits.

* To undertake any other duties as required by the Company from time to time, if these duties are of a greater level of responsibility or skill that those required in the post, then full training and appropriate supervision will be provided.

We are looking for candidates with exceptional backgrounds in administration and data with a high level of IT knowledge and systems, candidates who have worked within housing, sales, lettings would be advantageous as you will be communicating with operatives and subcontractors. You will be a team player with a "can do" approach working with an excellent level of detail. You may be working in a Junior Management role and looking for your next role, you will have experience of working with complex solutions and work to a high volume and to deadline.
