Our client, a leading property consultancy is currently seeking a commercial property agent to join their growing team.
The role itself will be focusing on acquisitions and disposals of commercial assets that include schools, nurseries, and childcare institutions in Birmingham & the West Midlands. You will be working with established funds, property companies, HNWI's, and other institutional clients so it is important that you have experience of working in a client facing role and are comfortable with sourcing new business.
This career opportunity will be well-suited to someone who is looking to benefit from a diverse and fast-paced role where you will be exposed to a variety of commercial assets and different clients ensuring that every day is different and that the role does not become monotonous.
You will either come from a commercial agency background where you have accumulated experience in acquiring and disposing of commercial assets. Alternatively, this could be well-suited to someone from a residential agency/residential proeprty sales background who is looking to break into the commercial sector.
