Building Surveyor
A client focused, multi-disciplined property consultancy located in Central Manchester are seeking a Building Surveyor to join their significantly experienced consultancy.
The successful Building Surveyor will be working alongside senior members of the team providing support with all traditional building surveying instructions.
As the successful Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for undertaking work as part of a multi-disciplinary team as well as undertaking solo instructions.
The Role of The Successful Building Surveyor will include;
* Liaising with clients and developing meaningful professional relationships
* Producing and presenting reports to clients regarding projects
* Covering both project and professional services
* Working across a multitude of sectors including healthcare, commercial and residential
The Successful Building Surveyor will have;
* BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
* MRICS or working towards (1.5+ years' APC diary)
* Experienced with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
* Full UK Driving Licence
* 2+ years' commercial sector experience
In Return, The Successful Building Surveyor will receive;
* GBP28,000 - GBP35,000
