THE COMPANY
Established in 1997, our client is an award winning integrated agency that works solely with charity clients. By combining cutting edge insights and bold creative, they have raised millions of pounds for their clients via branding, digital, DM, events and inserts. They have a fabulous work/life culture too with excellent staff training budgets and weekly meditation sessions (optional of course!).

THE ROLE
Based in Brighton and reporting to the Client Services Director, the Account Director will work with in house creatives, planning and data departments as well as leading a small of AM and AE.
Their clients range from animal welfare charities to international aid organisations, from the small to household names. Projects range from a brand refresh, to growth planning, strategy workshops and how clients can make better use of their data. Due to the nature of charity fundraising, a lot of their work is delivered offline via direct mail, inserts, press, DRTV and radio.

YOU
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- experience working at a senior level in an agency ideally servicing charity accounts
- a love of data and the ability to use key insights to drive highly effective fundraising marketing campaigns
- a demonstrable track record of devising and delivering a range of direct marketing campaigns including inserts, press, DRTV, radio and direct mail
- fabulous client servicing skills
- experience managing and motivating a team
- experience of budgeting and forecasting
