This post represents an exciting opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a team of staff in Keele University’s Estates & Development Directorate. The Directorate is responsible for the campus accommodation, catering, cleaning and maintaining the buildings, grounds and security.
We have an opportunity for someone to lead our University Reception team. In return, you will receive the following benefits:

This role is crucial to providing our students and visitors with a positive first impression of the University. You will have experience of managing a busy, customer focused reception team. You must be flexible during Easter and summer vacations and be committed to providing excellent customer service. Some weekend and evening working is required.
