Part Time Home Care and Support Assistant

Join our award winning team on a part time basis as a Home Care and Support Assistant.

We are looking for people who are based in Redditch and local areas, including Studley, Alcester and Henley in Arden.

• Minimum one hour visits with your clients
• You will visit the same clients each time

We have a variety of clients, from all walks of life, all with individual needs. We are looking for kind, empathetic people who will be available on a part time basis at least 3 days a week and alternate weekends.

No two calls will be the same, everyone is different, and duties are varied but could include:

• Offer companionship and conversation
• Collect prescriptions
• Assist with dressing
• Monitor diet and eating
• Make beds and change bed linen
• Provide medication reminders
• And perhaps most importantly, provide mental stimulation

We don't do back to back calls so our CAREGivers are never rushed and neither are our lovely clients!

Requirements…
Due to the community nature of the role it is essential that you have a full Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.

Hours…
We are looking for a range of people who are available to commit to part time hours. We are looking for people who are available between the below times at least 3 days during the week and must be available to work alternate weekends.

Day times: 8am - 2pm Or 8am - 6pm

Evenings: 4:45pm - 9:30pm Or 6pm - 9:30pm

We are also looking for people who would like to work on a weekend basis.

Saturday & Sunday 8am - 6pm Or 1pm - 9:30pm
