We have an exciting opportunity for a Full-time Finance Manager to support and develop the operation of the Finance Function.

Assisting the Chief Financial Officer in managing all aspects of finance across the Trust and preparing all consolidated reports for the Trust, you will complete all DFE, ESFA and other returns. Delivering best value procurement & income generation strategies, you will ensure the Trust’s financial strategy is implemented effectively.

Managing financial software and preparing consolidated monthly management accounts, along with annual financial statements, you will manage accounting systems & records and reconcile & input school payroll data.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in financial management at a senior leadership level, who holds a recognised accountancy/financial qualification. With excellent finance management and planning skills, along with experience of managing large and complex budgets, you will be confident to analyse financial issues and interpret complex information, offering sound, reliable professional advice.

Experience within a school environment is desirable but not essential. A Driving licence and use of own car is required.
