Our client is looking to recruit an exceptional Sales Manager based in their Retail Centre in Plymouth selling one of the market's top motorcycle brands.
This role will involve managing a highly motivated sales team to sell accessories, insurance and finance products and ensuring that sales targets are achieved. The successful applicant will either be an experienced Sales Manager or an ambitious Sales Executive looking to take the next step in his or her career.
In return, they offer an excellent salary and bonus package together with other benefits associated with a role of this nature.
You will be expected to work weekends.
You must have a proven track record in sales preferably in the motorcycle or automotive industry; you will be enthusiastic, possess excellent organisational and communication skills, be driven to succeed, enjoy and excel in customer service to enable you to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. Familiarity with the use of social media as a marketing tool will be an advantage
