Location: Redhill
3 months fixed Term contract
GBP28,000-GBP30,000 DOE plus excellent benefits
Our client a global leader in financial protection, representing nearly 100 billion Euros worth of turnover across its 3 businesses (Life & Savings, Property & Casualty and Asset Management) currently have an excellent fixed term contract opportunity for a PA to the CEO with their Redhill office
The main purpose of the role is to provide a high level of logistical and administrative support to the CEO as well as acting as a central point of contact with internal and external contacts both throughout the UK and worldwide.
A Broad and varied role with duties including coordination and booking of travel arrangements and presentations, diary management and expenses.

Responsibilities:
- Diary management - acting as a central point of contact so that any internal or external caller/customer can make contact with the CEO as appropriate, fielding enquiries where possible.
- Travel & other logistical reservations to ensure efficient use of time of CEO, ensuring all travel is pre-approved as required.
- Arranging presentations, (Powerpoint, Word, and Excel), client visits, meetings (including International) and seminars/conferences/workshops as required, both within and outside of the company's premises plus catering, equipment requirements etc.
- Administrative co-ordination between sites (UK, Ireland, Paris and other international entities)
- Completing business expenses and reporting.
- Co-ordination of the Executive Committee schedule and movements.
- Travel reporting re yearly environmental log (via external travel agent and internal records).
- Managing incoming communication via telephone, e-mail, post etc.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Role within a similar PA support role to Senior level
- IT literate with strong skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent document and report production skills
- High level of communication skills both written and verbal
- Calm under pressure and capable of thinking in quickly changing scenarios
- Collaborative approach, enthusiastic and team focussed
- Ability to prioritise and escalate when necessary in the absence of direction
- Fast and accurate typing ability.
- Ability to speak French desirable but not essential
