Role details;

* Co-ordinating feedback, CAPA and complaint activity to ensure timely closure including review and approval of CAPA activities and reporting of progress.
* Managing data entry logs to track activity and to ensure the log is completed accurately and in timely manner.
* Liaise with other departments to ensure CAPA activities are delegated to the right functions.
* Review and approval of non-conforming material records for adequacy of actions and completion of relevant activities to allow closure.
* Report progress of NCMR closure to management.
* Review environmental monitoring and biological monitoring reports, identifying and co-ordinating follow up actions for timely completion.

Qualifications/Skills;

* Degree qualified in an Engineering, Medical or other suitable subject.
* Experience in a similar QA role.
* Medical or Pharma experience.
* ISO 13485 or QSR 21 part 820 exposure.
* ISO 14971 risk management experience ideal but not essential.
