Finance Systems Administrator required for a creative professional services firm based in Central London. This is a permanent opportunity reporting directly into senior management and sits within a medium sized finance team. This Finance Systems role has been created due to the companies rapid growth and development and offers great exposure for a person looking to develop their skills within a Finance setting.

Please note: Candidates do not require experience in a Finance setting IF they have experience using Unionsquare or Deltek.

Key Skills:

* Experience using Union square or Deltek is highly desirable
* Previous experience working with Project accounting software is also desirable
* Experience working in a Finance setting would be beneficial
* IT literate with the ability to navigate MS Excel (V look ups and Pivot tables as a minimum requirement)
* Excellent time management skills
* Strong numerical and data accuracy
* Great communication skills
* Driven and self motivated

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist FP&A manager with creating new reports and automate existing reports - validating project data and assisting in commercial reviews.
* Ad hoc admin, data entry and analysis of underlying financial data
* Plan and coordinate testing changes, upgrades and new services
* Assist with the configuration, implementation and ongoing monitoring of the system
* Oversee integration between applications and ensure successful communication
* Lead the development and delivery of system training to users
* Troubleshoot system errors and issues with staff
* Support the efficient use of the system
* Coordinate with HR, IT, accounting, marketing and project teams
* Liaise with Deltek and related vendors
