A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our client’s vibrant and committed team in Leicester. They are looking to recruit a Scheme Cleaner to deliver high quality and valued services to their customers. The key responsibilities will include general repairs, estate Management, tenant liaison, caretaking and health & safety duties.

If you pride yourself on a high standard of cleaning and are able to manage a variety of challenging tasks and thrive in a demanding but rewarding environment, then they would like to hear from you.

As the role will involve domestic maintenance and repairs e.g. emptying bins, changing light bulbs, health & safety checks etc., you must have previous experience of this. You must have a good understanding of health and safety requirements and have strong communication and problem solving skills and exceptional customer focus.

A full driving licence is essential for this role, as you will be given a van for work. As there will be an element of moving and handling involved in this role, you must be willing and able to undertake moving and handling.

You will work 7 hours per day, Monday to Friday. You can work either 8:00am - 4:00pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm, they are happy for you to work the pattern that suits you best.
