They require a skilled and highly motivated individual to join their established team of Progress Tutors. You will have the passion to inspire every student to reach their full potential regardless of their starting point.

Working alongside curriculum teams your role will be to break down barriers and ensure that all students are able to achieve successful outcomes both academically and socially. You will deliver group tutorials focussing upon personal development behaviour and welfare and employability. You will also work with students one to one to closely support their attendance, behaviour and achievement.

You will have a proven track record in delivering personal development sessions which effectively motivate students with a diverse range of needs. You will be experienced in monitoring the achievement and progression of students within an educational setting. You will have a sound understanding of the range of issues facing young people with barriers to their learning (including social, emotional and behavioural) and have an ability to motivate students with differing needs and abilities. You will have excellent interpersonal skills in working with students, ability to remain calm and a problem solving approach to managing challenging situations.

36 hrs per week, Term Time Only (38 weeks per year)
