Position: Logisitics Coordinator
Location:Portbury Docks
Hours:Monday-Friday 08:30 - 17:00
Salary:GBP9 per hour
Our client, a Global Leader in Automotive Logistics, is looking for a PDI & Logistics Coordinator. Joining an engaging atmosphere, you will be part of a dynamic team that collaborates and shares their knowledge to deliver excellence to their clients.
The role:
Receive and process customer orders in a timely manner, paying close attention to customers' requirements
Liaise with customers on daily basis (telephone, emails)
Liaise with all teams on site to ensure vehicles are prepared within lead times
Work closely with delivery agents to book vehicle deliveries
Support and monitor systems used within the team
Create ad-hoc reports when required
Identify new solutions to work smarter within the role
Other qualities and requirements:
Excellent customer service & communication skills
Strong administrative experience
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Team player
