A manufacturing firm based in Nelson are currently looking or an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk with SAP experience to join their team on a temporary basis for up to three months. If you are immediately available for work, this could be a great opportunity for you to work within a small finance team and be responsible for the full end to end Purchase Ledger process.

Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for:

• Processing invoices including matching and coding
• Ensuring suppliers are paid within agreed timescales
• Query resolution
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Scanning purchase orders
• Checking deliver notes
• Preparing and making payments including CHAPS/BACS
• General housekeeping and general administration

You will have at least 1 years' experience within a similar role and be competent when using the financial package SAP. The client requires you to have recently worked with SAP as they have recently installed this system.
