Recruitment Branch Manager
Location: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
Salary: up to 36K basic + bonus and car

As a Recruitment Branch Manager working predominantly in the Industrial sector you will need be able to:-
*Have come from a recruitment agency background
*Lead from the front by
*Demonstrating your recruitment sales capability to your established team
*Achieve targets
*Monitor your own and your team's performance to ensure that the client and candidates are consistently satisfied
*Be able to evidence the building and developing of successful teams
*Possess superb relationship skills
As a Recruitment Branch Manager we are looking for somebody who is self- motivated, enthusiastic and willing to step up to the plate in this established, successful branch.
