Servoca Resourcing Solutions are in search of an Intelligence Officer to work for one of our private clients on a permanent basis.
Role Overview
The Intelligence Officer is the first recipient of risk information in to the Regulatory Intelligence Unit and is responsible for identifying regulatory risk within this information.
The IO works closely with senior internal stakeholders from teams such as the Employer Link Service, Fitness to Practise Registration, Education and Standards teams as well as external stakeholders, to collect, assess and log this intelligence appropriately.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop a comprehensive understanding of regulatory intelligence risk management, and the strategic and operational impacts on the organisation and its regulatory functions. This includes developing in depth understanding of the role of the organisation, Fitness to Practise and whistleblowing legislation.
* Develop mechanisms for analysing, modelling and reporting relevant employer and healthcare settings risk data to provide intelligence to the organisation.
* Oversee the management of stakeholders and partners (internal and external) and develop effective partnerships to ensure outcomes and benefits for the organisation are realised.
* Undertake research and analysis at strategic and operational levels, linking information and intelligence to identify patterns and trends and to identify risks and concerns for directorates and teams.
* Develop intelligence research reports and briefings for operational use, summarising clearly and accurately key findings, in an evidential format, if necessary.
Essential Requirements
* Experience of working as an Intelligence Officer ideally within the regulatory or enforcement environment
* Ability to understand and interpret complex documents that include legal documentation and statistical information
* Able to work within a tight regulatory and procedural framework
Salary: GBP29,814 Per Annum
