Title: Senior Planner/Town Planner
Salary: GBP27,500 to GBP37,500
Location: Sevenoaks

Leading Town Planning consultancy, specialising in residential and commercial planning projects are actively seeking an exceptional Senior Planner or Town Planner to join their team. My ambitious client is looking for a skilled Town Planner who is looking to make the step up to senior level, or a confident Senior Planner who is aiming to establish themselves within an industry leading company.
The Town Planner will be undertaking a wide array of projects including planning appraisals of land, buildings and concepts, to developing client relationships and generating work. You will become an integral member of a growing team liaising with clients whilst leading/contributing to some the most challenging and rewarding Planning projects in the UK.
The Town Planner will have full RTPI membership or you will be looking at submitting your APC in coming months. A confident individual with a passion for all planning concepts is a necessity. Minimum of 2 years' experience alongside an expert knowledge of local planning legislation and regulations is essential.
