Purchase Ledger Assistant
Our client is an established, successful and growing business based in Huntingdon with a friendly and busy finance team.
They are now looking for someone who has experience of purchase ledger to join the team and duties will include;
Processing and posting invoices in an accurate and timely manner
Handling and resolving invoice queries
Posting bank transactions to Sage on a daily basis
Ad hoc duties to cover for other team members
The successful candidate will have proven experience working in purchase ledger and ideally experience of general bookkeeping.
Excel skills are very important and knowledge of Sage would be a distinct advantage
If you are studying AAT to some degree that would also be an added bonus and study support will be considered.
As well as the ability to work to challenging deadlines and a keen eye for detail, the right candidate will have a friendly demeanour and will be happy to pitch in where necessary in finance.
