My client based in Norwich are looking for a grounds / waste disposal person to join their team.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to work for a well-known company will offer an immediate start for the right person!
Requirements:
You will need to be physically fit due to work load, and drive due having to use company vehicles.
The Role involves cleaning the following:
Glasshouse and controlled environment cleaning and waste clearance
Horticultural space cleaning and general work as necessary
As agreed with line manager, any other duties commensurate with the nature of the post
Interpersonal & Communication Skills
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team
Relevant Experience
Previous experience of working in a horticultural environment
Previous experience of working in a cleaning/waste management role
Specialist Knowledge & Skills
Well organised and proactive attitude to work
Attention to detail
Keen interest in horticulture
Additional Requirements
Promotes equality and values diversity
Willingness to embrace the expected values and behaviours of all staff at the Institute, ensuring it is a great place to work
Good level of physical fitness (the post requires manual handling)
Working days Days are: Monday to Friday
Pay: GBP8ph

This is a temp to perm role for the right person/s and would ideally suit someone who is looking to establish themselves within one of the area's leading companies.
