Head of Culinary - London - Leisure and Entertainment - GBP50,000

Role
Work along-side the Group F&B Director to ensure the smooth running of all UK food concepts
Manage the UK kitchen and chef teams, including assistance in recruitment, training and performance in co-operation with the venue leaders
Manage the kitchen training plan to ensure all new recruits are trained to our high standard
Be a key stake holder in the mystery guest programme and run regular improvement sessions to drive
Work with the risk team on ensuring all food safety and EHO regulations are being adhered to
Ensure the adherence of all F&B standards with all teams Driven by the innovation and food KPI's and P&L's, develop a strategy for success in the fresh food department within UK
Become the owner and driver of a culture of excellence in our kitchens and delivery of wonderful food across our estate
Deliver a best in class food offer and options whilst leading all UK venue teams in delivering premium, speedy and friendly services
Monitor all UK food costs, GP's and analyse daily/weekly/monthly revenue reports and proactively manage the data to improve growth
Coordinate the pricing structure and banding for UK venues and US venues
Innovate and implement new food activities and concepts for all venues across the estate
What they want
At least 5 years' previous experience in a similar role in hospitality
Experience of curating, executing and analysing menus and F&B offers
You are agile, flexible and are able to work under pressure
Able to travel and manage your time within deadlines
Great communication skills and enjoy building teams
You are passionate about the UK food and beverage scene and you are an innovator within the field
